Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Domo Data Analyst to join a growing fully remote team focused on delivering high-impact data solutions for law firm clients. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights enabling clients to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Domo is comfortable working independently in a remote environment and excels at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will play a key role in designing dashboards managing data pipelines and helping clients leverage data to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain dashboards reports and dataflows in Domo
- Develop and manage ETL processes including data extraction transformation and validation
- Integrate data from legal case management systems and other business tools
- Lead client meetings to gather requirements and present insights
- Translate legal workflows and case lifecycle stages into structured reporting solutions
- Analyze datasets to identify trends inconsistencies and business opportunities
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy consistency and reliability
- Maintain clear documentation and provide ongoing support to clients
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong hands-on experience with Domo (mandatory)
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
- Experience working with legal CMS platforms (e.g. Filevine SmartAdvocate Neos CloudLex HubSpot)
- Background in legal operations or law firm environments
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities or clients
Required Skills:
23 years of experience in development support or similar roles Strong knowledge of the Java ecosystem Experience working with frameworks such as Struts Solid experience in database management and query optimization Knowledge of scripting and data modeling Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in corporate environments Experience working with relational databases
