About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets build dashboards automate reporting and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect clean validate and analyze data from multiple business sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs for operational and executive teams.

Automate data extraction transformation and reporting using Python and SQL.

Create visualizations using Power BI Tableau Looker or similar BI tools.

Identify trends patterns and opportunities to improve business performance.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.

Ensure data quality integrity and consistency across systems.

Support operational workforce and financial analytics initiatives.

Document analytical processes methodologies and reporting standards.

Requisitos

12 years of experience as a Data Analyst Business Analyst Reporting Analyst or similar role.
Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
Advanced Python for data analysis and automation.
Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Experience with Power BI Tableau Looker or similar visualization tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ETL processes data transformation and data modeling.
Experience with statistical analysis APIs and data integrations.
Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with Data Analytics Lifecycle Data Governance BI best practices and Agile environments.
English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.
Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
