About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics who will own performance visibility across all store operations and transform complex data into clear actionable strategies that drive traffic revenue and operational excellence.
This is not a reporting role this is a business-critical leadership position that directly impacts Operations Marketing Purchasing and Executive decision-making.
What Youll Own
Full visibility of store performance metrics across all locations
Sales average ticket and hourly performance optimization
Identification of top-performing products (Top 20 menu items)
Employee productivity and performance insights
Traffic vs. sales correlation to drive smarter decisions
Short mid and long-term revenue growth strategies
Key Responsibilities
Daily
Analyze daily sales and ticket performance across stores
Identify anomalies risks and opportunities in real time
Deliver actionable insights to Operations & Marketing teams
Weekly
Build and present store performance scorecards
Analyze menu performance and pricing strategies
Recommend data-driven corrective actions
Monthly
Develop 90-day and 180-day revenue improvement plans
Track and analyze operational KPIs and trends
Present executive-level performance reports to leadership
What Were Looking For
4 years in Data Analytics Business Intelligence or similar roles
Mandatory experience working with POS systems and transactional data (e.g. PAR Square Clover or similar)
Strong understanding of store-level data structures (tickets modifiers item-level sales hourly trends)
Experience in multi-unit retail QSR or hospitality (strong plus)
Advanced skills in Excel SQL and BI tools (LookerStudioPower BI etc.)
Proven ability to translate data into clear business actions
Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leadership decisions
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Google Sheets Docs Slides) for data analysis reporting and cross-team collaboration
Advance English (C1) (Required)
