-Daily documentation/operation for Sea-freight shipment;
-Communication with suppliersvendors and oversea agent maintain the smooth relation with customer;
-Receive shipping orders;
-Confirm with oversea agent with shipping information;
-Arrange booking with carrier under agents
-Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system;
-Keep agent informed for any changes;
-Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon suppliers request;
-Update related charges in system in time.
