Cochlear Medical Device (Chengdu) Co. Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cochlear Co. China. It was established in Tianfu New Area Chengdu Sichuan Province in September 2017. As Cochlears only manufacturing site in China it mainly produces cochlear implants and sound processors providing professional assistance to the hearing impaired in China and other markets

In order to help Cochlear bring products to market that help people with hearing loss we are recruiting to support the new manufacturing site in Chengdu China.

Accountabilities 主要职责

Accountability 主要职责1: Maintenance & CalibrationTool repair workshop operation维护和校准工具维修车间操作

• Complete maintenance & calibration activities to schedule. Carry out repairs to equipment and facilities in a timely manner. When the equipment fails arrive at the fault site within 15 minutes.
  按照维护主计划完成维护及校验任务按时完成设备实施的维修任务当设备出现故障时需要在15分钟内到达故障现场
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibration tasks in strict accordance with equipment tool records. The report is written in line with GDP requirements. Ensure that the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities meets regulatory requirements.
  严格按照设备工具记录执行设备维护和校准并且按照GDP的要求完成相关报告确保生产设备设施的维护符合法规要求
• Maintain good communication with internal customers (production quality engineering) and external suppliers (calibration suppliers equipment suppliers) to ensure timely performance of duties. Closely cooperate with their business needs and ensure customer requirements are met. Take responsibility to operate the tool machines to performance some mechanical tools repair activities in urgent case.
  内部客户和外部供应商合作保质保量完成相关任务并做到与内部客户生产质量工程和外部供应商校准供应商设备供应商保持良好的沟通交流密切配合其业务需求不得有相关方的投诉在一些紧急情况下能操作机床对机械模具进行修复操作
• Asset management system operation skill includes introduction new tool/ release work order/completed and close order in system. Release work orders on time confirm and close them promptly etc.
  资产管理系统操作工作包括在在系统中引入新工具 按时释放工单 及时确认和关闭工单等
• Purchase in-direct material and spare parts. Conduct the payment process and management of 3rd party work performance.

Accountability主要职责 2: Documentation 文档类工作

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner. Collect various reports (red tags work orders external calibration checklists) from the M&C team and check all reported GDP to ensure that there are no discrepancies in GDP.
  按要求按时完成所有必须的相关文档搜集M&C团队的各种报告red tag 工单外部校准检查表并检查所有报告的GDP不得有GDP不符的情况

Accountability主要职责 3: WHS Responsibilities安全职责

• Immediately report all incidents accidents hazards or unsafe work conditions to management. Actively organize relevant parties (safety manufacturing engineering) to discuss and formulate rectification of safety findings and complete the finding items with quality and quantity guaranteed within the prescribed time.
  及时汇报工作中安全隐患不安全的行为以及安全事故和伤害积极组织相关方安全生产工程讨论并制定对安全发现项的整改并在规定的时间保质保量完成整改项
• Participation in incident investigations as required.
  积极配合安全事故调查
• Understanding of the companys emergency evacuation procedures.
  理解并执行公司紧急疏散程序
• Performing all work duties in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all employees.
  履行所有的工作安全职责确保不影响公司所有员工健康和安全

Accountability主要职责 4: General Responsibilities一般要求

• Assist the Maintenance and Calibration department to meet business requirements. For equipment failures it is necessary to respond quickly (arrive at the fault site within 15 minutes) solve them quickly and share the solved faults with the team in the form of a one-page PPT.
  协助维护部门达成业务目标针对设备故障要做到快速响应15分钟内到达故障现场快速解决并将解决好的故障以一页PPT的形式分享给团队
• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practice.
  执行医疗器械GMP规范
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Be independently responsible for and complete at least one improvement project each year.
  执行持续改进项目每年至少独立负责并完成一个改进项目
• Provide expertise and advice on technical issues both within and beyond the M&C Department.
  提供相应的经验和建议以帮助处理技术难题

Key Incumbent requirements任职要求:

• Junior college and above in Automation related Electrical Electronics Tool Making Mechanical/Fitting)
  大专及以上学历自动化相关专业电气电子机械加工工具装配等专业
• 4 years maintenance experience from a lean manufacturing operations environment.
  4年以上维修经验 要求具备Lean相关体系知识
