YOUR TASKS

1 负责TPM各项工作的落地执行制定和优化各负责设备的电气类等标准要求
2 设备电气异常的快速处理分析及改善提升设备的工作效率
3 负责部门相关KPI目标的达成原因分析改善和跟踪
4 管理培训团队技术员生产产线技术人员
5 设备的改善优化及维护经验的积累和推广
6 支持工艺/质量/生产/安全/电气的改善异难问题的协调解决
7 负责新产线的电气验收工作提出异常问题给供应解决
8 针对新产线系统性建立产线设备部件清单技术要点维护计划备件计划等

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1本科及以上学历
2电气自动化机电一体化等专业
3精通运用各主流品牌PLC(如欧姆龙西门子必须)熟练使用TIAV15软件编程熟悉掌握电气原理图接线图
熟悉各种通讯协议如profinetprofibus以太网等通讯协议
熟悉机器人伺服控制其工作原理熟练处理电气问题熟悉C#或C或者有Labview软件开发经验;熟悉机器人的操作及维修维护对FANUCMitsubishiKUKA等机器人的结构和原理有深入了解
4五年及以上大型电子制造厂生产线现场电气设备维护工作经验
5英语良好具有丰富的现场设备维护经验及改善能力
