The Technical Marketing Engineer need leverage deep technical expertise in automotive motor drivers (for Body control Chassis Powertrain ADAS & Cockpit etc.) and market insights to develop compelling technical product support customer engagement and drive product adoption across OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and automotive technology partners. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen customer-centricity and strategic marketing thinking to position our motor driver solutions as industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities
1. Expand existing business dig out the customer and the existing solutions. Serve as the technical authority for automotive motor products translating complex engineering requirements (e.g. Internal safety and diagnostic features EMI thermal management integration compatibility function safety) into customer-centric value solution; 开拓市场挖掘客户需求提出有价值和可行的解决方案 满足如内部安全和诊断功能EMI热管理集成兼容性功能安全等应用需求
2. Analyze competition solution and the advantages and disadvantages of MPS solutions ownership of new products from product definition stage through production. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to validate market needs gather competitive intelligence and align product development with industry trends. 分析竞争对手的解决方案和MPS解决方案的优劣势负责新产品从定义到生产的全过程 与研发和产品团队合作验证市场需求收集竞争情报使产品开发与行业趋势保持一致
3. Evaluate new products and review reports; 评估新产品并审查测试报告

5. Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers. Requirements & Qualifications
1. MSEE or equivalent with 3 years or Bachelor degree with 5 years of professional experience in automotive motor applications or a related technical field experience with automotive motor driver solutions in Body control Chassis ADAS & Cockpit or automotive powertrain systems is mandatory.

2. Major motor driver solution or related and working Experience with automotive applications. Strong technical knowledge of motor driver principles (BLDC stepper or BDC motor driver) and automotive industry standards (e.g. ISO 26262).

3. Proven experience in new product definition for automotive motor driver products including translating market/customer needs into technical requirements and collaborating with R&D on feasibility.
