• 岗位职责

1负责对供应商来料的质量进行管理在进料检验生产过程检验客户抱怨等只要是由于来料引发的质量问题都要及时反馈给供应商并要求其改善

2负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果必要是可以进行现场审核

3对现有合格供应商的每月每季度的质量状况进行统计对未达标的供应商提出限期整改要求并跟踪

4参与新开发的供应商的评估

5协助完成供应商样品零件的评估

6协助质量部FA样品质量文件的制作

7参与其他纠正与预防措施管理

8协助质量体系的管理及维护

二任职要求

1诚信正直善良具有较强的责任心和一定抗压能力能适应出差

2较强的组织协调工作能力人际沟通能力文字表达能力

3能熟练的使用办公软件

4熟悉ISO9001TS16949体系

5熟练使用质量工具进行分析如五大工具七大手法以及8D等

6大专以上学历会熟练操作三坐标海克斯康关节臂激光扫描仪等检测设备有机械管道焊接行业特别是有液冷系统管道工作经验的优先考虑
