Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要任务与职责
- 负责现场服务工程师团队的日常管理与工作安排
- 主导设备现场安装确保符合安全与法规标准协调安装资源与计划
- 为客户提供设备操作培训并开发优化培训材料
- 组织实施已安装设备的定期巡检识别潜在问题制定预防性维护方案
- 开展设备日常保养故障诊断与初级维修保障设备稳定运行
- 作为客户技术对接窗口解答技术咨询维护客户关系提升满意度
- 负责服务活动记录与报告安装培训巡检维修等确保信息准确可追溯
- 确保各项工作符合公司制度行业规范及安全标准跟进行业技术发展
Qualifications任职资格
- 本科及以上学历工程机械电子自动化等相关专业优先
- 5年以上医疗设备现场服务经验有团队管理经验优先
- 熟悉医疗设备安装调试维护及相关法规
- 具备出色的客户沟通能力和团队协调能力能适应高频出差
熟练使用办公软件及设备管理信息系统具备基本英文读写能力者优先
