Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Manage and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple bidding platforms including but not limited to Douyin (Ocean Engine) Tencent (Ads Manager) and OEM channels (Huawei Xiaomi OPPO vivo etc.).
Account Optimization: Conduct daily monitoring and granular optimization of accounts (bidding creative testing audience targeting) to meet and exceed client KPIs (CPI CPA ROI).
Media Strategy: Assist in developing media plans and channel strategies based on client budget expansion and performance goals.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to provide data-backed insights for ad creative iterations specifically for short-video content.
Data Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports (daily weekly monthly) and provide actionable insights for further growth.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance media buying or account optimization.
Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Douyin (Ocean Engine) is a must. Familiarity with Tencent Ads and OEM download channels is highly preferred.
Industry Background: Prior experience managing App-based clients (Education Gaming or Utility apps) is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into optimization strategies.
Soft Skills: A proactive learner who stays ahead of media trends and platform updates. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Mandarin; strong working proficiency in English
