The Senior Process Manager Logistics APAC (SPM) leads the operational logistics organization across the APAC region (China Japan Singapore Thailand Australia) overseeing Import & Export activities Transport Management Logistics Sourcing and Customs & Trade Control operations. This role drives cost optimization and sustainable logistics solutions while ensuring seamless daily operations and continuous quality improvement to meet customer expectations. The SPM develops and implements logistics solutions within the region delivering proactive value-added services to Business Units functions and customers in coordination with the Global GBS organization. Working closely with regional stakeholders and operational teams the SPM implements global best practices based on central guidance while achieving productivity and quality targets through robust KPI management. The position includes conducting operational service reviews and managing relationships with logistics service providers to maintain and enhance service levels aligned with Clariants strategic objectives.
