Serve as the central point of contact for customer quality topics partnering with Sales customers and internal manufacturing teams to clearly define assess and resolve quality concerns. Gather investigate and analyze product performance and failure data collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing to develop structured failure analysis and corrective action plans. Lead crossfunctional teams across Quality Engineering Production and Sales to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using structured problemsolving approaches. Ensure customer feedback is clearly translated into actionable internal improvements through effective coordination and communication across teams. Participate in customer technical discussions and business reviews representing the quality function while aligning internal stakeholders on commitments and timelines. Provide timely transparent updates to customers and deliver clear professional investigation and analysis reports that reflect collaborative team findings. Manage customer expectations related to quality targets investigation progress and closure of nonconformities. Analyze quality data and trends to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Partner with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving overall quality performance. Lead or support internal audits lessonslearned activities and preventive actions to reduce recurrence of customer issues. Provide onsite technical support at customer locations when critical quality issues arise acting as Emersons representative while coordinating internal resources to support rapid resolution. Perform other responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support business and quality objectives.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical industrial or related field) required masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering preferably in a customer- facing role
Proven experience in cross-departmental coordination (working with Sales. R&D and operations) to resolve complex issues.
Experience leading a team is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams without direct authority
Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Quality and engineering mindset on problem-solving.
Ability to communicate between the customer and internal multi-discipline teams.
Ability to travel to customer sites as required
