As a Reservations Manager we rely on you to:

作为预订部经理我们希望您承担以下职责

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Revenue Optimizationthe Reservations Manager is responsible of the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservation Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profits.

在收入优化总监的指导和监督下预订部经理负责监督与预订部有关的所有活动以达到尽可能高的入住率从而实现客房收入和利润的最大化

• To review task process and staff productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met.
• 审查任务流程和员工工作效率确保始终达到工作标准
• To ensure that all official correspondence is filed properly.
• 确保所有公文妥善归档
• To guide and supervise reservation agents in the daily tasks to ensure a consistently high quality of work.
• 指导和监督预订员的日常工作确保始终如一的高质量工作
• To handle special projects delegated by the Director of Revenue Optimization.
• 处理收入优化总监委派的特别项目
• To manage periodic team roster and keep a check on the team attendance.
• 管理定期团队花名册检查团队出勤情况
• Responsible for the management of Reservation Department of 3 hotels in Shenzhen Area.
• 负责管理深圳地区 3 家酒店的预订部

We are looking for someone who:

候选人应具备以下能力

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
• 至少 2 年 五星级酒店相同职位工作经验
• Knowledge in Sales& Marketing Revenue Management Events Management Communications and Reservations functions.
• 熟悉市场销售收益管理宴会管理市场传讯和预订职能
• Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• 具有很强的领导力和组织能力能够同时处理多项任务
• A leader with the ability to coach train and develop others.
• 具有指导培训和培养他人能力的领导者
