Job Description

客户服务

• 确保所有店铺销售持续接受客户服务标准和相关技能的培训

• 以身作则确保团队始终为客户提供优质服务

• 无论何时都为客户提供热情的接待与孩子们互动满足客户的需求了解各个商品的特点和优势并成功完成销售

• 担任楼面管理工作时确保所有顾客的问题得到满意的解决

• 协助店铺经理取得令人满意的神秘访客结果并在必要时执行持续改进计划

销售利润

• 通过店铺经理的协助和培训定期评估销售和利润寻找提高销售业绩的机会

• 确保店铺库存的维护并遵循店铺指导原则达到高标准的商品陈列展示

团队管理

• 营造一个积极充满安全感并有乐趣的团队氛围

• 基于现行法律要求和公司流程负责面试选拔和任命店铺销售的最佳人选

• 高效评估识店铺销售和店铺主管的培训需求协助完成所有新员工的入职培训包括健康和安全培训

• 协助店铺经理按照公司流程有效地管理所有员工的绩效以促进员工的个人职业发展

• 协助店铺经理维护假期考勤培训人事记录和团队计划安排

• 在人力资源团队和店铺经理的协助下处理潜在的员工关系问题或冲突

店铺流程管理

• 在指导方案和运营预算的框架内建立店铺各类需求订单

• 完成所有人事文件整理并确保及时和正确的提交

• 始终遵循店铺的指导方针维护并保持良好的店铺销售环境

• 确保健康与安全的标准被严格遵守在必要时采取适当的行动

库存管理

• 与零售推广团队和店铺经理合作定期回顾和分析SAP中的库存信息以确保正确的库存构成最终实现目标利润促进利润销售

• 主动复审库存信息并与各相关团队保持紧密沟通确保正确的库存状态提高库存周转率

• 保持仓库时刻有序整洁确保所有可售商品在货架的有效陈列和及时补充并达成预防破损目标

你必须具备

• 两年以上零售行业管理经验和销售系统相关经验

• 良好的组织能力口头和书面沟通能力

• 能够接受灵活的工作时间

• 基本的招聘培训绩效管理仓库管理陈列经验日程安排和考勤管理能力

• 具备英语书面与口语沟通能力待人热情

• 具备较强的与内外部合作伙伴协作的能力和良好的团队合作精神

• 有很强烈的意愿在乐高公司环境中学习和工作
