方向电池产品技术专家 Reginal Technical Lead - Battery Product

Principal Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作内容和职责:

- 项目执行与管理依据相关产品标准质量控制流程及内部工作规程独立或主导完成电池储能产品的测试与认证项目主动与客户沟通制定项目计划确保项目按时交付并满足客户预期

- 技术能力提升积极参与行业标准技术委员会与外部专家交流通过研读专业文献关注行业动态参加技术研讨会及会议等方式不断提升在电池储能领域的技术洞察力保持技术前瞻性

- 内部技术支持为内部团队提供及时准确清晰的技术问题解答推动CSA集团内部技术论坛的活跃讨论在运营培训及资质团队的支持下负责电池储能团队的技术培训确保团队技术能力处于行业领先水平

- 市场与销售协同为销售及市场部门提供专业技术支持包括客户拜访售前技术交流市场宣传材料审核技术研讨会及客户技术沟通会等活动助力业务拓展

- 质量审核与报告编制协助项目技术负责人PTL或技术经理TM开展员工技术审查能力评估及内部审计编写项目技术报告PT和内部控制报告ILC并协助进行异常数据的调查与分析

Preferred Education & Experience 职位要求:

- 具备北美市场电子电气产品及电池类产品含小型便携电池大型储能系统的测试与认证经验或新能源领域电池产品的研发/测试经验

- 熟悉以下一项或多项电池安全标准者优先

电芯/模组/电池包UL/CSA 62133IEC 62619IEC 63056UL 1973

储能系统及热失控UL 9540UL 9540A

- 了解以下防火防爆测试标准者优先

防火EN 13823UL 2043ISO 9705NFPA 286

防爆NFPA 68 NFPA 69 NFPA 855

- 优秀的客户管理及项目管理能力能独立制定计划并推动项目按时交付

- 具备团队合作精神善于跨部门协作能独立分析并解决复杂技术问题

- 良好的英语听说读写能力CET-6或同等水平优先能够熟练阅读英文标准撰写技术报告并与海外客户/专家交流

- 能够适应较高频率的商务出差如客户现场实验室行业会议等
