Job Summary
负责全过程的质量控制从客户要求信息到合同设计工艺生产交付全程
其中包含对采购质量的监督管理通过执行产品过程的内部审核过程控制偏差与客诉
的统计分析和跟踪处理以期达到减少或避免缺陷发生的目标从而降低质量成本提
升客户满意度Responsible for quality control throughout the process: From
customer (requirement) information to contract design process production and delivery
including the supervision and management of procurement quality through the
implementation of product process internal audit process control deviation and
customer complaint statistics analysis and tracking in order to achieve the goal of
reducing or avoiding defects so as to reduce quality costs and improve customer
satisfaction
负责价值流产品全过程的质量管理工作包括组织对产品全流程作内部审核和对过程控制
工作进行监督检查和考核满足客户要求Responsible for the quality management of
the entire process of the value stream product including the organizations internal
review of the entire product process and oversight inspection and verification of
process control to meet customer requirements
针对年度质量指标制订产品质量控制方案并有计划地推进和实施Develop a product
quality control program for annual quality indicators and planned to promote and
implement
负责价值流不合格品和客户投诉管理对责任界定原因分析整改措施验证等进行跟
踪确认Responsible for value stream non-conforming product and customer complaint
management definition of responsibility cause analysis rectification measures

负责质量数据收集整理编制质量报表定期组织质量会议Responsible for quality

负责本部门测量设备管理包括配置定期检定校准等工作Responsible for the

负责本部门资源规划员工关系管理技能培训绩效考核制定和实施Responsible for

review development and implementation;
配合客户现场验收活动To cooperate with the customers on-site acceptance activities;
完善价值流文件管理并负责本部门质量管理文件的更新配合内外部审核; Improve the
management of value stream documents and take responsible to update the quality
management documents of Q dept. and cooperating with internal and external audits
监督生产线对14Q 的执行并定期审核跟踪确认改善结果; Monitor the execution of
14Q by the production line and regularly review track and confirm improvement results
Qualifications :
Comprehensive knowledge of quality management: The production quality manager needs to have a deep understanding of quality management theories methods and tools be familiar with domestic and foreign quality management standards and systems and master advanced quality management technologies and methods. They should have a profound understanding of the quality management system and be able to build maintain and continuously optimize the quality management system.
Strategic planning and decision-making ability: A production quality manager needs to be able to formulate long-term plans and development goals for quality management from a strategic perspective of the enterprise. When facing quality issues or challenges the ability to quickly analyze judge and make wise decisions ensures the smooth progress of the production process and the stability of quality.
Cross departmental communication and collaboration skills: The production quality manager needs to maintain close communication and collaboration with multiple departments such as production technology procurement and sales to jointly solve quality problems.
They should possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit be able to coordinate the interests
of all parties and promote the smooth progress of quality work.
Problem solving and continuous improvement ability: In the face of quality problems during the production process the production quality manager needs to quickly identify the root cause of the problem and take effective measures to solve it. At the same time they should also have the awareness of continuous improvement identify potential problems through data analysis quality review and other means and develop improvement measures to promote the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Leadership and team building abilities: The production quality manager needs to form and manage a quality team improve the enthusiasm and work quality of team members through effective leadership and incentive measures. They should pay attention to the growth and development of team members provide training and guidance and help team members improve their skills and qualities.
Innovative thinking and learning ability: With the continuous development of quality management theory and practice production quality managers need to possess innovative thinking and learning abilities constantly absorb new knowledge skills and methods and apply them to practical work. They should pay attention to industry development trends and technological innovation and promote the continuous improvement of enterprise quality management level.
