YOUR TASKS
1. Monitoring the activities ofsuppliers in the Product Development Process with the help of APQP methodology;Accomplishing the APQP activities together with the supplier. Evaluation ofabove mentioned activities relative to completeness content and compliancewith deadlines; In case of deviations the SQA-TtM is responsible to initiateand monitor measures; Reporting the status of the purchased parts. 借助APQP方法监控供应商在产品开发过程中的活动与供应商一起完成APQP活动评估上述活动的完整性内容和遵守截止日期的情况如果出现偏差SQA TtM负责启动和监控措施报告采购零件的状态
2. Coordinating the collaborationfor APQP-relevant issues in the project team and at the suppliers.协调项目团队和供应商在APQP相关问题上的协作
3. Involvement and use of the HellaSQA- and Specialist Network to support the supplier in the project ( parts critical processes) in case of critical deviations.在出现关键偏差的情况下参与并使用海拉SQA和专家网络来支持供应商参与项目例如关键零件关键流程
4. Escalation to management level incase of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or bythe project team.如果供应商或项目团队无法解决相关质量风险则升级到管理层
5. Agreement and definition ofreference samples with the suppliers in consultation with internal customers.与内部客户协商与供应商达成参考样品的协议和定义
6. Evaluating and releasing theinitial sample inspection report (ISIR EMPB PSW) from the supplier.评估并发布供应商的初始样品检验报告ISIREMPBPSW
7. Preparing of the incominginspection plan.制定进料检验计划
8. Conducting the necessary auditsprocess acceptances and Full Run Tests.进行必要的审核过程验收和全面运行测试
9. Coordinating all quality-relevantactivities e.g. Risk Assessment to prepare the sourcing. Checking whether themanufacturing feasibility study is available and whether supplier locations andprocesses are released.协调所有与质量相关的活动如风险评估以准备采购检查制造可行性研究是否可用供应商的位置和流程是否已发布
10. Updating the project statuslist purchased parts and the APQP Status Report. Representing the projectstatus for purchased parts at the project reviews at customer visits andaudits.更新项目状态清单采购零件和APQP状态报告在项目审查客户访问和审计中代表采购零件的项目状态
11. Filing and maintaining therecords and documents in PDM and other systems.归档和维护PDM和其他系统中的记录和文件

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. College degree or above with abackground in engineering related majors. 统招大专学历以上工程相关专业背景
