岗位目标:
1. 负责无损检测能力建立及日常检验执行支持关键零部件早期风险识别提升制造过程质量稳定性和客户质量表现
2. 控制产品质量支持新产品质量控制和问题解决管理测量系统
岗位职责
1. 负责使用无损检测方法如MPIPTUT等对零部件进行质量检验识别潜在缺陷如裂纹气孔泄漏等
2. 使用量检具及检测设备对零部件装配件进行检验分析与判定确保产品满足图纸及质量要求
3. 按要求执行检验标准和作业指导书SOP并完成检验记录及报告输出
4. 参与现场质量问题分析支持内部异常及客户投诉的原因分析与验证
5. 配合NPI阶段检验工作支持新产品导入过程中的检验方法开发和验证
6. 协助开展测量系统分析MSA及检测设备的维护校准与优化确保数据可靠性
7. 参与质量改进活动通过数据分析识别问题根因并推动改进措施落地
8. 严格执行安全与操作规范确保检测过程符合EHS及质量体系要求
9. 完成主管指定的其它任务
任职背景与经验要求
1. 教育及专业背景
大专学历机械材料无损检测或相关专业优先
2. 专业技能要求
熟悉至少一种无损检测方法如MPI/MTPTUTRT等
具备无损检测基础理论及实际操作经验
熟悉机械图纸尺寸公差及质量判定标准
熟练使用常规量检具卡尺千分尺高度规等
了解质量管理体系ISO9001 / IATF16949及检验流程
3. 经验要求
25年制造业检验或质量相关经验有NDT经验优先
有无损检测资格证如ISO9712 level II及以上等优先
有铸件齿轮轴类壳体等关键件检测经验优先
4. 能适应倒班安排
能力要求
1. 责任心强能够严格执行标准
2. 具备良好的问题分析能力和现场判断能力
3. 良好的沟通能力能与生产质量工程团队协同工作
4. 具备一定的数据分析能力SPC基础质量工具
5. 有MPI/UT设备导入或能力建设经验熟悉自动化检测或数字化质量系统SAP ME / Power App等的优先考虑
