Job Summary
Job Responsibilities- Assist with administrative tasks data entry and document management across different departments (e.g. HR Marketing Finance Legal).- Support project coordination activities including scheduling meetings preparing presentations and tracking progress.- Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives and strategic planning.- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.- Collaborate with team members on various assignments demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.- Assist with event planning and logistical support for internal or external company activities.- Provide general office support as needed ensuring smooth day-to-day Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration Management Marketing Human Resources Finance Law or a related non-technical field.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proactive self-motivated and eager to learn.- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.#LI-65f0
