Program Director
Job Summary
As a Program Director here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing customer programs. You will be accountable for overseeing program execution ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving program performance. Your strong guiding skills strategic thinking and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywells customer programs.
You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule.
In this role your impact is comprehensive and covers program success customer satisfaction revenue growth stakeholder engagement team guidance operational efficiency quality assurance risk management cross-program collaboration communication issue resolution strategic planning customer retention financial management and innovation. You are pivotal in ensuring the success of customer programs which in turn contribute to the organizations overall success and performance-driven in the market.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of customer programs
- Manage a portfolio of customer programs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
- Monitor and control program performance including schedule cost and quality
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and customers to ensure program success
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex customer programs
- Strong guiding and people management skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
- Masters degree in Engineering Business or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in a global organization
- Experience in guiding programs in a matrix organization
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
