Job Summary

Purpose:

The Director Manufacturing Operations Chinais responsible forthe overall leadership setup and operation of the SCIEX Beijing Changping manufacturing site. This role leads site start-up capacity ramp-up and steady-state manufacturing operations ensuring excellence in safety quality delivery cost and people development while embedding the Danaher Business System (DBS) culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full site leadership with accountability for EHS Quality Delivery Cost and People.
  • Lead new site start-up including facility readiness equipment installation process validation staffing and production ramp-up.
  • Deploy and sustain Danaher Business System (DBS) tools including Daily Management Standard Work and Kaizen.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory quality system and customer requirements.
  • Establish production capacity and inventory plans aligned with business demand.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing operations leadership team and robust talent pipeline.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith Singapore and California Factories R&D Supply Chain Quality Finance HR and Commercial teams.
  • Manage site budget cost control and productivity improvement initiatives.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in related disciplinerequired;Mastersdegree preferred.
  • 1215 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations within regulated industries.
  • Proven experience leading a manufacturing site or major operations organization.
  • Experience in site start-up expansion or transformation projects.
