(3) 风险降低/货源变更项目

(4) 工艺能力持续提高以达到预期的PPK

(5) 工艺相关偏差调查和纠正预防措施

(6) 变更控制和风险管理

(7)负责或参与关键工厂指标达成COGsVE商品成本劣质成本产量偏差可持续性等等

4维护并定期回顾产品控制策略PCS和技术风险评估TRA

5领导或参与影响产品或生产工艺的变更控制确保技术变更重大偏差和调查所需行动能够按时完成

6对引入现场的新产品工艺或物料的清洗过程进行风险评估并确保实施适当的验证这包括HBELMACO残留溶剂计算和其他支持清洁验证需求的评估与生产团队合作开发并执行清洁验证草案并生成验证报告

任职资格

1化学制药或相关背景本科或以上学历

23年以上制药生产工作经验有固体制剂经验优先考虑

3良好的工艺理解及分析能力;

4对GMP管理有充分理解

5良好的沟通和人际交往能力良好的领导能力
