YOUR TASKS

• Design & developautomotive body electronic hardware modules;
  设计研发车身电子硬件模块
• Design & work outelectronic circuit/layout PCB with development tools Cadence;
  使用开发工具Cadence设计电路图设计PCB
• Analyses simulate andoptimize electronic circuit according to existing HW circuit;
  根据既有的硬件电路分析仿真和优化电路
• Create HW related documentsper hardware development process (like BOM circuit diagramWCCPA FMEA)
  根据硬件开发流程在不同的阶段撰写相应的硬件文档例如BOM电路图WCCPAFMEA;
• Support acquisitions fortechnical discussions;
  对项目报价提供技术支持
• Regular exchange with otherhardware development centers to support a global organizational structure;
  与全球组织架构中的其他研发中心维持日常交流
• Customer visit for promote the Body products and clarify thetechnical stuffs;
  客户拜访推广车身电子产品澄清技术细节
• Other job assigned byDepartment Manager;
  部门经理安排的其他工作

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Good understand andexperienced with hardware development process;
  能够很好的理解硬件开发流程具有一定的相关经验
• Strong background &knowledge on electronic engineering basic automotive background is neededstandalone working sprit from beginning requirements to end customer returnanalysis (whole products life cycle);
  在电子工程领域具有坚实的知识具有基本的汽车行业知识能够独立完成整个产品周期中从制定要求到分析客户反馈的工作
• Master to use HW developmenttools (such as Cadence MathCAD ANSYSCST oscillograph);
  熟悉硬件开发工具的使用比如CadenceMathCAD ANSYSCST 示波器
• Master to designBTLE/NFC/UWB HW radio frequency products and know how
  熟悉开发BTLE/NFC/UWB等射频类硬件产品和知识能力
  Antenna design and matching
  天线设计与匹配
  CST antenna matching simulation
  CST 天线匹配仿真
  CST antenna design incl. radiation pattern
  CST 天线设计含辐射方向图
  Basic knowledge in BLE

  Basic knowledge in UWB

  Automotive HW design & development tasks

• Bachelor or above degreemajored in electronic engineering or related;
  本科及以上毕业于电子工程相关专业
• Be familiar with HW moduletesting standards (automotive level related);
  熟悉硬件模块的测试标准汽车级相关标准
• Be familiar with EMC testingstandards (automotive level related) be able to fix the EMC issue;
  熟悉EMC测试标准汽车级相关标准并能解决产品EMC问题
• Good communication skillcapability to coordinate development activities of each location;
  具有良好的沟通技巧能够在开发工作上对每个团队进行协调
• Fluent in English in writingand speaking;
