Role Definition
Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple or large physical facilities.
Responsibilities
Maintaining various facility systems such as water utilities generators lighting company bus canteen security etc.
Managing security staff and activities to ensure safety of people premises and property.
Providing support to operations management for maintenance repair and improvement of physical systems and equipment vendor relations and cost control.
Evaluating present and future needs for care of one or multiple facilities. This may include paint floors furniture and all other general maintenance and upkeep as well as administration and execution of new construction projects. manufacture of miscellaneous
