Job Description:

Responsibility:

• Be responsible for the sales organization and accounts in the assigned region.
• Supervise and develop the sales force and sales activities to ensure the highest levels of services are maintained with all accounts.
• Provides leadership to meet or exceed the companys short-term and long-term objectives.
• Control the sales promotion budget for sales department and maximize business return.
• Explore new business development opportunities and coordinate Marketing and Supply Chain Dept. etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum education required: Bachelors degree. MBA preferred.
• Minimum experience required: 8-10 years field sales experience. 5-6 years experience in sales management.
• Excellent interpersonal skill required
• Written and oral communication skills required
• Strategic thinking and excellent execution required.
• Demonstrate clear passion for the business
