Job Overview职位概述:

This position will develop manufacturing process for pneumatic and electric tools. The process includes machining parts and tool assembly. Responsibilities will include process design fixture design problems solve supplier quality support PFMEA of parts and assembly. This position will interface with regional global engineering and AME.

Key Responsibilities核心职责:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure stable and efficient production.

• Prepare and update process documentation including Process Flow Diagrams SOPs Work Instructions PFMEA.

准备并更新工艺文件包括工艺流程图Process Flow Diagrams标准操作规程SOP作业指导书Work Instructions以及 PFMEA

• Provide on-site technical support on the shop floor promptly responding to process-related issues.

• Solve technical problems in both the manufacturing workshop and at customer sites including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective-action implementation.

• Design and improve fixtures and jigs to support machining and assembly processes ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

• Support new product introduction including process feasibility evaluation trial runs and process validation.

• Collaborate closely with production quality maintenance drive continuous process improvement.

• Analyze process data identify risks and implement Lean / continuous improvement actions to reduce defects scrap and cycle time.

• Support internal and external audits customer visits and technical reviews related to manufacturing processes.

• Communicate effectively in English for technical documents meetings and customer or supplier interactions.

Qualifications任职资格:

• Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Automation or related fields.

本科及以上学历机械工程工业自动化等相关专业优先

• At least 3 years of experience in machining and assembly with preference given to those with a background in related industries such as power tools gear manufacturing.

至少具有 3 年机加工和装配相关经验具有动力工具齿轮制造等相关行业背景者优先

• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes assembly processes and production flow.

• Ability to develop optimize and document process parameters SOPs and work instructions.

• Proficient in fixture and jig design to support machining and assembly operations.

• Familiar with PFMEA Control Plan Process Flow Diagram and other process engineering tools.

熟悉 PFMEA控制计划Control Plan工艺流程图Process Flow Diagram等工艺工程工具

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Kaizen.

具备精益制造六西格玛或 Kaizen 等工艺改进方法的实践经验

• Ability to analyze production issues and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

能够分析生产问题并实施根本原因分析RCA及纠正措施

• Proficient in using CAD software Excel and basic data analysis tools.

• Proficient in English listening speaking reading and writing.
