Operating under the name of Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH (later as CES) the Mannheim-based company founded in1871 by Carl Benz looks back on its MWM brand with more than 150 years of experience in the development and optimization of gas engines and power generators for natural gas biogas and other special gases.

Role Definition

Trainee Marketing

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts.

• Social Media Management: Managing and updating company social media accounts engaging with followers and monitoring brand mentions.

• Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events and trade shows.

• Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.

• Project Assistance: Supporting marketing projects by conducting research creating presentations and assisting with project logistics.

• Collateral Development: Helping to develop marketing collateral such as brochures flyers and any other marketing materials.

• Internal Communication: Serving as a liaison between different departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest tools to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Others assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled full time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: marketing business administration designing or related business field

• Familiar with the MS office: Word Excel PowerPoint Project

• Familiar with social media management

• Good command of written/spoken English including technical terminology CET-6 or above

• Strong teamwork interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills initiative and intellectual curiosity

• Able to work independently or as a collaborative team member

• Passion for marketing and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
