Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. RSV launch excellence (PMO)
- RSV Launch Management: Drive efficient CFT collaboration and promote close cooperation among manufacturing R&D and commercial functions to advance the launch work
- Competitor intelligence: Work with BE to conduct quarterly competitive intelligence (CI) activities to support brand differentiation strategy and budget management
- Launch supply planning: Work with BSO to establish a monthly rolling sales forecasting model for tracking inventory flow data
- Sales force engagement support
2. Ped portfolio planning
- Manage Planning and Budgeting Processes: Facilitate the process and cooperate with CFTs to support Peds portfolio planning and budgeting processes including L3 and LROP ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- External Resource Integration:Simplify and optimize the external events coordination process for the RSV / Rota and HPV MKT teams to maximize resource utilization and improve efficiency (e.g. CPMA / CAV etc)
- Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present reports on launch progress insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ad-hoc project
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Life Sciences or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing/strategic planning/BE/SFE or consulting/market research company for Pharma industry. Experience with launch product planning and project management is highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker with robust project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong learning agility and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and driving cross-functional collaboration effectively.
