Local Training Coordinator
Job Summary
Introduction to the job
Take the responsibility to support internal & external technical training request for CS engineers and customer and customer training credit balance management
Role and responsibilities
- Provide training forecast input in timely matter by supporting local Office to collect demands & distribute training schedules and slots.
- For internal CS engineers register in MyLearning system and/or support to local office (Engineers Management Account)
- Monitor training schedules & slots and manage trainees status ( prerequisite reservation schedule changes etc)
- For external customer collect Forecast and input create Quotation collect Customer training credit and maintain training balance.
- Support Session management & training assignment for local training (Safety training Crane training EHS training etc.)
- Manage training history data and provide progress status on requests
- Works as MyLearning key user provides system guideline and handle inquires.
- Drive for continuous improvements with new technology and business requirements
Education and experience
- Bachelors Degree or above
- 1-3 years working experience in training coordination administration or related field
Skills
- Motivated pro-active self-driven and flexible.
- High accuracy level and strong administrative skills
- Communicative and customer-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Power BI)
- Strong verbal / written communication in English
