Job Summary
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Take end-to-end ownership of packaging artwork production projects. Accurately interpret client requirements and brief the design team to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- Oversee project timelines facilitate communication between clients frontline teams and designers and proactively drive on-time high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project execution identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to boost overall project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage quotations and invoices track payment status and maintain relevant documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College diploma or above
- CET-4 or above; competent in English listening speaking reading and writing for daily work communication.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; candidates with packaging design or printing industry background are preferred.
- Strong project management mindset and execution capability able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills to manage client requests and unexpected issues.
- Meticulous responsible self-motivated and quick to learn.
