Lead Engineer- ASPICE

## Job Purpose

As an ASPICE Support Engineer you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting key support processes under the ASPICE standardincluding Configuration Management Problem Resolution Management and Change Request Managementwithin new product development projects. By defining strategies monitoring execution coordinating resources and ensuring compliance you will provide solid assurance for projects to successfully pass ASPICE assessments and support the company in winning business in the European market.

##Key Responsibilities

1. Process Strategy & Definition:Define and maintain strategies for configuration management change management and problem resolution management within project plans.

2. Process Monitoring & Execution:Monitor the progress of support process activities identify issues and changes and track them through to closure. Establish configuration item baselines verify configuration statuses and perform configuration audits. Coordinate schedule or resource adjustments when delays occur to ensure project timelines.

3. Project Collaboration & Communication:Organize regular cross-functional team meetings to follow up on the status of issues and change requests. Report support process status to management and escalate critical or major issues in a timely manner.

4. ASPICE Assessment Support:During formal ASPICE assessments demonstrate the execution details of SUP.8 SUP.9 and SUP.10 processes and respond to assessors questions.

5. Team Training & Empowerment:Provide training and guidance to project team members on ASPICE support processes ensuring they understand and follow relevant requirements. Conduct process gap analyses and propose improvement recommendations.

Requirements

## Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Electronics Software Quality or a related engineering field.

2. 35 years of relevant work experience including process support configuration management or quality assurance in the automotive electronics or similar industry.

## Preferred Qualifications

1. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Configuration Management Problem Management and Change Management.

2. Familiarity with at least one mainstream configuration management tool issue tracking tool and change management tool.

3. Experience with requirements management task management and related tools.

4. Fluent English (reading writing speaking) for global team collaboration.

5. Understanding of automotive electronics products and their development processes.

6. (Preferred) Knowledge of the overall ASPICE process or relevant assessment experience.
