The Position
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1Connect prefecture-level government stakeholders (e.g. local Health Commissions) with Core Lab value propositions aligning engagement plans with local government healthcare priorities.
2Map city-level stakeholders hospital alliances (medical communities/consortiums) and competitor distributions by province to proactively detect early competitor switching signals and warning signs.
3Engage early in the procurement lifecycle to influence technical and value criteria ensuring key hospital leadership and opinion leaders are aligned with Roches clinical and strategic narrative.
4Partner closely with Sales (PSL) Marketing and Access (CAMA) teams to formulate localized bidding defense strategies enhance winning rates and ensure seamless end-to-end project conversion.
5Coordinate internal corporate resources and drive external innovation partnerships to connect value chain partners building a comprehensive local ecosystem supporting projects like Regional Inspection Centers and Medical Commons.
6Execute CAMA-led initiatives at the city level leveraging successful local case studies to feedback into and positively influence higher province/ministry-level decision-making.
7Conduct all interactions with public officials and government stakeholders in absolute compliance with Roche anti-bribery anti-corruption policies and corporate protocols ensuring all interactions are rigorously documented.
8Understand and fulfill the Safety Security Health and Environmental protection duties outlined by the organization.
9Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
10Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure Roche Behavior in Business Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues Roche Safety Security Health and Environmental Protection
Education& Qualifications:
1Bachelor or master Degree in Health/Science disciplines. MBA will be a plus.
2Basic English Communication Skill in both spoken and written
3Good command of MS office software application
Experience:
15 years of professional experience in the medical device or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.
2Proven track record of success in Government Affairs (GA) centralized procurement policy market access or commercial business management.
3Strong familiarity with Key Account (KA) management and cross-functional resource deployment processes.
4Marketing and business development experience will be a plus
