Job Summary
- Analyze existing workflows in the current OA system and propose optimized designs based on business requirements.
- Redevelop and migrate legacy workflows to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power BI if required).
- Design and develop new workflows applications or automations in response to changing business needs during the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Deliver project outputs according to agreed timelines scope and quality standards.
- Provide clear and structured technical and functional documentation for all developed solutions ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- Support testing user acceptance and deployment activities.
- Optimize application logic configurations and code within the Microsoft Power Platform to improve performance efficiency and reliability of delivered solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort through automation and standardization.
