In this role you have the opportunity to

• Focus primarily on project management of installed base team.
• Manage relationship with global BPE and escalate issue to BU to fix installed base issue of China market.
• Ensure the master data maintenance accuracy of installed base maintained in systems complying with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.
• Ensure make it possible to identify team value and contribute for business.

You are responsible for

• Escalate issue to BU to fix market issue and manage relation with BPE about the E2E process to deliver more value.
• Take ownership of project of CR develop project plan keep tracking and manage schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain master data of Philips Installed base in systems to ensure IB data quality and accuracy.
• Communicate with cross-team to meet customer requirements and maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
• Build relationship with Stakeholder of sales team and service team to seize opportunities and meet challenges.
• At all times working within the requirements set out in the relevant work instructions process guidelines and in accordance with Quality and Regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other ad-hoc job assigned by line manager should be completed with accuracy in time.

To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience

• Education: Bachelors degree or above.
• Experience: More than 5 years of experience in service operation
• Service and customer orientation Networked Mindset.
• Familiar with SAP operations and Microsoft office software
• Good oral English skill and data analysis skills.
• Familiar with project management process-oriented skills
• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
