YOUR TASKS

• You test electrical and electromechanical components based on technical specifications OE samples and legal requirements.
• Evaluating complex test results based on technical specifications such as drawings standards and test regulations is also part of your tasks.
• You prepare all test-relevant technical information from test and diagnostic systems e.g. Hella Gutmann diagnostic system TecDoc PDM SAP.
• Furthermore you create the test environment for IAM articles in collaboration with suppliers possibly also on-site at the supplier as well as all technical equipment necessary for the test setup such as leak tests compressor tests pressure tests.
• You evaluate quality-related supplier data such as certificates reports initial sample test reports audit reports self-disclosures supplier classifications ABC.
• On the one hand you manage the articles using the PIM release tool and sample management tool in test laboratories and on the other hand you initiate tests in internal and external test laboratories using LIMS orders.
• Additionally you analyze components by disassembling and assembling the products for error analysis.
• Determining the final test decision including the test report and documenting the results in SAP-PDM.
• Participating in projects involving coordination with project management and test laboratories rounds off your profile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed training as a technician or a comparable technical education.
  
• Several years of professional experience with electrical and electromechanical measurement methods.
  
• Willingness to travel
  
• Openness to work in international project team.
  
• Good English skills both written and spoken.
  
• Experience in quality management.
