YOUR TASKS
1. Planningdesigning and implementing projects of an intermediate to high complexity withintermediate to high project costs under the occasional guidance of superiorsand in collaboration with the responsible internal organizational units.
2. Analyzing thedata quality of existing reports and making sure that they make good economicsense as well as developing sustainable solutions for eliminating errors.
3. Developingexisting reports and contributing to identifying/implementing new reports/toolsfor supporting management.
4. Assessingdemand and cancelling reports that are no longer needed.
5. Contributingto the ongoing analysis and assessment of existing internal operationalprocesses and continual improvement of the existing CMS specifications.
6. Contributingto scheduling the budgeting process for the business divisions sales planning.
7. Monitoringthe defined processes and standards during sales planning and ensuring highdata quality in the tools used (both master data quality and that the planning makesgood economic sense).
8. Supportingthe companies during sales planning and proactively identifying and remedyingweaknesses and faults in the tools used.
9. Creating therequired reporting documents for the Executive Board by the specified date.
10. Initiatingan annual CIP process for the tool used and implementing the defined measurestogether with the responsible internal organizational units14 Analyzing andevaluating competitive products from external companies and carrying outactual/reference calculations from a calculation point of view.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelordegree 3 years and above working experience in financial or cost management.
2. working inmanufacture company foreign company is preferred.
3. FluentEnglish both speaking and writing.
