Key responsibilities

• 全面负责抖音自营直播业务整体经营与战略落地对GMV毛利ROI费用人效等全链路P&L指标全权负责
• 统筹直播间运营短视频内容流量投放店铺基建客服售后供应链协同全模块搭建组织架构SOP数据体系与考核机制
• 深度研究抖音算法平台政策千川投放与行业趋势制定爆款打法与差异化竞争策略驱动业务持续增长
• 负责跨部门协同与资源统筹决策重大投入节奏风险与危机处理保障业务稳定高效
• 搭建核心人才梯队人才梯队建设与文化打造建立一个高战斗力团队

Qualifications and skills

• 本科及以上学历3年以上抖音电商全盘操盘经验具备从01搭建项目1100规模化盈利的完整成功案例有千万级GMV可验证P&L经营结果优先
• 具备强经营意识与损益管控能力精通直播电商全链路直播运营短视频引流千川投放店铺运营用户运营成本与毛利管理深度理解抖音算法与平台规则
• 优秀的团队管理战略拆解项目管控跨部门协同能力能够同时管理直播团队内容团队并对齐目标极强决策力危机处理与风险控制能力
• 素养与特质数据驱动结果导向高韧性抗压性极强实时敏捷具备敏锐市场洞察快速迭代能力与强烈的责任心
