YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate with Bustiness Development and Sales Account Manager to lead acquisition to win projects in limit to budget and Hella project KPI rule. Assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.
  
• Work together with D&D team together and basically understand our product technology knowhow and also vehicle system architecture topology.
  
• Setup project Quality/Cost/Time targets and also generate project team members under discipline manager.
  
• Lead project core team and extend team members to run project under Hella Program Management Process limit to planned budget pool to achieve set quality and timing target.
  
• Closely track project statues with help of Hella system to meet all milestones and gates in time.
  
• Work together with D&D colleagues and plant colleagues to make a contribution to reduce product concept cost and also manufacturing cost consequently reach each Product Group D&D efficiency and gross margin target.
  
• Actively take other tasks which distribute by discipline manager demonstrate good communication skills to align with internal and external customers meantime adequate leadship skills to inspire all core and extend team members to achieve project target.
  
• Collaboration with global network with communication in English.

• Engineering education background preferred in Software Electronics Computer Science Automation or others Embedded Control System related majors
  
• At least 5 years project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on automotive economics.
• Experience in Lighting Electronics or Automotive Electronics highly preferred.
  
• Proficient in English.
  
• Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000 TS16949;
  
• Good communication skill with customer good presentation and negotiation skills.
