打造可复制的内容生产引擎解决创意零散效率低下无法规模化复制的核心痛点驱动抖音业务内容生态的持续增长

岗位职责

1. 内容资产组件矩阵体系搭建

• 统筹搭建抖音内容资产矩阵形成标准化模块化的内容生产组件库
• 制定内容创新与生产标准明确品牌调性 用户洞察 平台热点融合的创作原则确保内容既符合品牌规范又适配抖音算法与流量逻辑支撑高频次大批量的内容产出需求
• 搭建内容资产库沉淀可复用的钩子模板信任素材场景脚本与转化话术建立组件化内容管理与复用机制实现一次沉淀多次复用大幅提升跨团队内容生产效率

2. 全链路内容生产流程搭建与效率优化

• 建立内容工厂全流程 SOP从需求提报组件化创意评审批量脚本开发数据赛马验证到资产入库的闭环管理覆盖内容生产的全生命周期
• 引入数据化验证与工具化提效方案建立批量测试 数据验证 提炼黄金公式 规模化复制的爆款闭环实现从零散创作到工厂化运营的升级

3. 跨团队协同与内容生态赋能

• 对接 In-house Content TeamLive Streaming Team 与投放团队输出组件化内容标准与可复用资产支撑直播引流短视频种草用户教育等多场景内容需求打通内容种草到直播转化的业务闭环
• 建立内容合规与品牌审核体系把控所有内容的品牌调性合规性与广告法要求规避平台风险与品牌偏差确保规模化生产下的内容质量与风险可控

4. 供应商生态管理与市场内容前瞻洞察

• 搭建并维护外部内容供应商资源池(MCN 机构内容制作公司达人合作方第三方工具平台等)建立分级评估商务谈判与合作管理机制保障规模化生产下的资源弹性与稳定供给构建长期共赢的合作生态
• 持续追踪行业内容前沿趋势新兴内容形式与制作技术主动 source 头部 MCN新锐创作者与前沿内容工具将市场最新的内容能力与技术引入内容工厂体系保持团队内容生产力的行业领先性

5. 团队管理与协同机制建设

• 管理内容工厂中台团队(Content Analytics Content Operator)明确清晰分工与协作机制确保中台对前端业务团队的高效支撑
• 建立内容质量与效果评估体系将组件化标准数据表现与合规性纳入考核推动团队持续优化内容生产效率与爆款率

任职资格

1. 学历与专业背景

本科及以上学历编导广告新媒体数据科学或相关专业毕业具备扎实的内容生产与数据分析双重背景

2. 行业经验

3 年以上抖音内容相关工作经验(电商内容内容中台MCN 内容操盘等方向)1 年以上团队管理或项目带队经验;具备搭建内容资产库制定内容生产 SOP 的实战经验有规模化爆款产出或千万级 GMV 账号内容操盘经历者优先

• 精通抖音内容生态:深度理解平台算法爆款逻辑用户心理与流量规则具备从业务视角拆解内容需求搭建资产组件矩阵的能力
• 强体系化思维:擅长将零散创意转化为可复用的标准化组件具备搭建内容生产 SOP验证爆款黄金公式推动规模化复制的能力
• 数据驱动决策:具备通过数据拆解爆款逻辑优化内容结构提升 CTR 与完播率的实战经验能通过数据支撑内容策略迭代与效率优化
• 跨团队协同能力:能对接业务运营投放合作方等多部门/角色平衡品牌调性合规要求与平台流量逻辑推动跨职能项目高效落地
• 供应商管理能力:具备外部资源整合与商务谈判经验熟悉 MCN 机构内容制作公司达人合作的合作模式与商业逻辑

4. 综合素质
