Who you are

  • Responsible for providing direct support to customers including quotation negotiation order fulfilment logistic support invoicing and AR (payment of customer) chasing.
  • Expect to promote spare parts through cross/up-sell and proactive approach.

About the job

  • Inquiry to cash which typically means making quotation negotiation place the order logistic and invoicing
  • Open quotes follow-up and Value-added Sales
  • Order Acknowledge Management
  • Order Backlog follow up
  • Customer support and response during the process: order status delivery date with speed

What you know

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor degree or above preferably majored in engineering.
  • Minimum1 years in B2B sales and experience in customer support and business development
  • Excellent fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Problem-solving skills that include the ability to ensure the goods delivered in time.
  • Teamwork mentality and a collaborative approach to work
  • The ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint
