核心职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 销售数据支持与分析定期整理并分析销售漏斗客户转化率及订单执行数据生成周/月度报告为销售策略优化提供数据依据
• 全流程订单跟进协助销售团队完成从合同签署系统开通到首付款确认的订单闭环管理.
• 售后协调与客户对接作为销售与客户成功/技术支持团队间的桥梁及时响应客户关于服务开通账单查询及基础使用问题的咨询并推动内部资源高效解决
• 客户关系维护主动跟进重点客户的使用反馈与续约意向记录客户互动日志协助提升客户满意度CSAT与净推荐值NPS
• CRM系统维护确保Salesforce/HubSpot等CRM系统中客户信息沟通记录及商机状态实时准确更新.

任职要求 / Qualifications

• 教育背景本科及以上学历商务市场营销信息管理或相关专业优先
• 工作经验3年以上B2B销售支持客户运营或相关岗位经验有SaaS行业背景者优先
• 核心技能
  • 出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力能清晰传递客户需求并推动内部协作
  • 熟练使用主流CRM系统具备基础数据分析能力
  • 中英文书面及口头表达流利如岗位涉及国际客户可注明英语可作为工作语言
  • 高度责任心与细节导向能在快节奏环境中多任务并行并保证交付质量

加分项 / Preferred Qualifications

• 有使用BI工具如TableauPower BI制作可视化报表的经验
• 熟悉订阅制Subscription-based商业模式及SaaS关键指标
