Your role:
1. Category PPWF Strategy & Performance Management
- 主导所负责品类的 PPWF年度设定确保与公司整体商业策略RGM 框架及财务目标保持一致
- 定期按月回顾 PPWF 执行与价格/促销绩效识别偏差风险与机会并提出优化建议
- 与 SalesFinanceMarketingSupply Chain 等团队协作推动价格与促销策略的高质量落地
2. Master Data Management & Governance
- 负责价格促销及相关商业主数据的 输入更新与维护确保数据准确性完整性和及时性
- 建立并遵循主数据治理流程与 ITFinanceCommercial Excellence 及区域团队紧密合作
- 作为关键接口协调本地与区域团队在数据口径流程和系统应用上的一致性
3. Channel P&L Simulation & Business Support
- 支持各渠道的 P&L 模拟与商业测算评估价格促销及商业政策对盈利能力的影响
- 为商业决策提供基于数据的洞察与建议支持年度规划预算及关键商业项目
- 参与关键商业评审会议作为价格与商业政策的专业代表提供输入
Youre the right fit if:
- 本科及以上学历商业金融经济统计或相关专业
- 商业定价RGM财务分析或相关经验快消 / 消费品行业优先
- 对 定价策略促销机制渠道盈利模型P&L有扎实理解
- 具备较强的数据分析能力熟练使用 Excel / Power BI / 相关商业分析工具
- 优秀的跨部门沟通与影响能力能在复杂矩阵组织中高效协作
- 英语具备工作沟通能力与区域团队协作
