Job Summary
- 牵头并协调各BU推进苏州工厂自动化项目的实施并跟踪项目进度
- 负责非标及标准自动化设备的电气控制系统设计开发及实施
- 负责自动化项目全流程管理可行性评估/风险评估/方案评审/技术规范制定/设备验收
- 与跨职能团队兄弟工厂生产团队及外部供应商协作确保项目顺利集成与落地
- 负责现有自动化设备的故障排查升级改造及系统集成
- 推动优秀自动化项目的内部复制及在兄弟工厂的横向展开Yokoten
- 电气工程或自动化相关专业本科及以上学历至少5年以上相关工作经验
- 具备扎实的电气设计及自动化项目实施经验
- 熟练进行电气系统设计包括电气原理图柜体布局接线图设计以及电气元器件选型
- 能编写测试及调试PLC程序实现逻辑控制并能与软件工程师协同工作
- 具备人机界面HMI设计能力能够根据项目需求进行界面开发定制与配置
- 具备工业机器人/协作机器人Robot/Cobot的选型仿真编程及应用经验
- 具备优秀的问题分析与故障排查能力以及良好的沟通与团队协作能力
- 具备丰富的电子制造行业非标自动化机械设计经验例如点胶锁螺丝贴标测试包装上下料及自动化产线集成等
