PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

TheSeniorAnalyst Depuy Synthes China Finance responsible to provide overall financial governance and support to DS China overall OPEX management across Functions incl. Commercial Function and All Supporting Functions. Additional this person is expect to oversee DS China PNL planning and analysis to enable informed business decisions supporting financial planning processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards. The position offers strong exposure to global operations and crossfunctional collaboration within a leading medical technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead China Depuy Synthes OPEX financial planning budgeting and forecasting activities across assigned functions.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports including variance analysis versus plan forecast and prior periods with business insights.

• Assistwith monthly and quarterly close activities ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with company policies.

• Partner with commercial leader and Function stakeholders toprovidefinancial insights that support business performance and decisionmaking.

• Support consolidation and reporting of DS China Opex and PNL results.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes tools and reporting standards.

• Assistwith internal and external audit requests and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

• Apply Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions and deliverables.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Competency

• 46years of relevant professional experience in finance accounting or financial analysis.

• Foundational knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to nonfinance stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment.

Education & Professional Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

Member of CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent

Language Requirements

Fluent English in both speaking and writing
