在这个岗位上您将有机会 充分得到影像产品的系统学习和技术培训为客户提供专业的售后服务工作包括维修保养及升级等服务通过维护提高客户满意度不断促进飞利浦售后业务甚至售前业务的发展 您的职责是 为客户提供快速专业的售后服务工作包括安装维护维修及现场升级服务等 执行及时有效的维修动作及良好的客户沟通工作维护客户满意度 保持跟销售部门售后业务部门的紧密合作促进影像售前售后业务的发展 完成相关的KPI指标的考核 负责北京地区飞利浦影像类产品的维修保养升级 完成公司各项指标要求准确提供工单和报告 参加公司要求的培训并乐于接受新知识和技能 维系客户关系支持销售拓展商务机会 您隶属部门的架构和文化 该职位隶属于服务与解决方案实施团队团队一直注重人员发展通过公司完善的培训体系帮助员工快速适应职位不断提升自身技术水平及综合素质服务与解决方案实施团队是一个以人为本彼此和谐共处互助合作的优秀团队 要成功应聘本职位您应当具备以下技能和经验 本科或以上学历生物医学工程电子电气自动化及相关的专业 对医疗产品有较强的技术知识 良好的沟通能力乐于与他人分享 自我激励和自我管理 能接受出差
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
