Job Summary
岗位职责
1与前端销售团队紧密合作收集和了解客户信息及发货计划进行系统账户创建和信息归档协助客户按照标准流程进行发货跟进物流状态并监督时效提供良好服务体验
2结合客户日常物流异常个案有意识进行判断和信息过滤将有效准确的信息反馈内部以便协助快速定位问题和解决问题
3定期汇总客户日常反馈客户短期特殊需求异常投诉提前察觉物流/信息流的流程缺陷主动提出合理的优化需求与客户和内部跨部门多方沟通
4定期针对物流运营问题进行数据分析和复盘异常SLA时效货量波动与国内仓库干线清关团队进行沟通协作寻求对应解决方案并推动方案落地及持续监控方案优化效果
任职要求
1物流管理国际贸易或工商管理相关专业大专以上学历优先
2具备2年及以上空运国际物流操作货运代理客户运营相关经验优先了解空运进出口业务知识及行业术语识别进出口异常问题
3英语能作为工作语言通过大学英语四六级听说读写流利交流能熟练使用办公软件有G-suite操作优先
4能通过数据分析识别操作问题且能为客户提供解决方案
5具备良好的客户沟通协调能力与责任感较强的抗压与应变能力及对处理复杂问题有敏锐感和积极的态度
6具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验能接受适当出差
