- 负责传统应用(CloudIDP/AMT Snipe/New DMS/Digital Data/DMS BB等)的L2运维覆盖身份平台IT资产管理经销商管理系统等
- 参与247全员On-call轮值
- 维护应用操作手册(SOP)和知识库
技术要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上
- 3年以上应用运维或IT支持经验 熟悉应用部署应用日志查询bug应用服务器管理升级等
- 了解Linux/Windows服务器基本操作
- 了解数据库基本查询(SQL)
- 熟悉CI/CD
- ITIL Foundation认证优先
- 中文母语英文读写熟练
