Qualifications
- Apply project management knowledge skills tools techniques and standard work to project activities to meet required business case and deliverables.
- Cooperating with cross function teams(Marketing Engineering Operations Quality Assurance and Finance) consistently to deliver projects with quality and service from end to end (AD/NPI/VECE/EWR/EOL) and in charge of project meeting 4ONs as well as the portfolio metrics such as PG5 compliance 100% process compliance saydo% Milestone Fidelity cycle time EAC
- Well understand and demonstrate skills to manage project cost product cost risk management and integrated scope change control processes.
- Develop and execute resourced schedules while applying work breakdown structures and managing deadlines.
- Owning execution at the portfolio level reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessment.
- Understanding of project program and portfolio processes and ability to take direction and work independently on project tasks and reports.
- Ability to navigate relationships with cross-functional partners for support.
- Complete and support the upper manager assigned other tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree of Engineering or above
- 5 years project management experience in hardware and software R&D
- Familiar with new product development methodology agile experience is a preferred
- Ability to manage multiplied system level tasks under a global environment
- Think strategically and logically can make own decision per analysis
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- PMP certificated is high desirable
