Where is the work:

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 负责北美/全球 NPD/NTP/VAVE/Supply 项目负责项目从立项规划执行监控到收尾的全生命周期管理
  Lead North America/Global NPD/NTP/VAVE/Supply projects. Lead the full lifecycle of projects from initiation planning execution monitoring to closure.

• 负责北美大型商用机Parts and supply 的项目集管理工作和NPD/VAVE等项目团队合作完成新产品售后零件设置老产品售后零件替代等售后项目的管理工作
  Responsible for managing the North America Chiller Parts and Supply portfolio and collaborating with the NPD/VAVE etc. groups to manage the aftermarket projects including new spare parts setting up and sunset products supersession etc.

• 制定项目计划包括范围进度成本质量资源和风险管理方案
  Develop project plans covering scope schedule cost quality resources and risk management.

• 组织项目相关会议跟踪项目进展识别并解决风险和问题
  Lead project meetings monitor project progress identify risks and issues and drive timely resolution.

• 跨部门协调与沟通确保项目按时按质按预算交付
  Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time on-quality and on-budget delivery.

• 定期向管理层汇报项目状态包括关键里程碑风险和资源使用情况
  Provide regular project status updates to management including milestones risks and resource utilization.

任职要求 / Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历工程制冷技术类专业优先

• Bachelors degree or above preferably in engineering and refrigeration engineering technology.

• 510 年工作经验5 年以上工业工程领域项目管理经验有跨国团队协作经验尤佳

• 510 years of working experience. 5 years of project management experience in industrial engineering with multinational collaboration exposure is better.

• 具备优秀的沟通协调能力问题解决能力

• Strong communication and problemsolving skills.

• 英文流利能够与海外团队无障碍沟通

• Fluent English for effective communication with global teams.

• 熟练使用项目管理工具例如 MS Project等

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project etc.

• 持有 PMI 证书尤佳

• Prefer to have PMI certification
