必备能力

• 扎实的编程基础精通以下至少一种语言的全栈开发能力

Java 现有核心系统的维护与迭代 Python AI/数据相关开发 C# 工控/上位机相关场景

• 熟悉前后端开发及主流框架有完整项目交付经历
• 良好的跨职能沟通表达能力熟悉敏捷/项目管理的基本流程
• 强自驱力能在模糊需求下主动定义问题和推进解决

加分项满足越多越优先

• AI 实战经验有大规模 AI 应用落地经历如视觉检测大模型应用/微调/训练Agent 开发数据标注数据挖掘等
• 制造业背景了解供应链管理或工厂运营能快速理解业务场景
• 精益/质量方法论熟悉精益生产或 6Sigma有实际项目经验
• 工业技术栈了解工业互联网IoT智能制造相关技术或有项目经验
• 制造业系统熟悉 MESERPWMS 等系统的使用或开发
• 项目管理经验有领导跨部门复杂项目并完成闭环的经历
• 全流程实践熟悉数字化项目从需求对接到运维的完整生命周期熟练使用 GitConfluenceLinuxDockerCoding Agent等工具

基本要求

• 本科及以上学历自动化智能制造计算机软件工程等相关专业优先
• 具备良好的自我管理意识
